TERMS / SERVICE SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Useful context.
Clear responsibilities.

These terms explain the current Hunch service, permitted use and the decisions that remain with you and your integrating application.

Service and agreement

These terms apply to hunchagents.xyz, its intelligence workspace, hosted public API and downloadable integration clients. “Hunch” refers to the independent project operating this service. Questions can be sent to info@hunchagents.xyz.

By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be an adult under the law that applies to you, legally permitted to use the service, and authorized to act for any organization you represent.

Hunch provides read-only contract observations, instrument and market context, policy comparisons, EVM simulation and deterministic text checks. The documentation and each report describe the coverage of the particular operation.

Evidence and financial decisions

Reports are informational. They are not an investment recommendation, legal or tax advice, a security audit, a certification of an asset, or a guarantee against loss. No findings, an official identity match or a successful simulation does not establish that an action is safe.

Reference valuations are not executable quotes. Tokenized assets can involve issuer, counterparty, market, liquidity, smart-contract and legal restrictions. A token balance does not establish direct ownership of an underlying asset or eligibility to redeem it with an issuer. Verify the relevant issuer terms and your eligibility independently.

Evidence can be incomplete, incorrect, stale or affected by changed chain state. Different sources are not observed atomically, and a displayed block number is not a finality guarantee. Use independent controls for consequential decisions.

Your application owns execution

Hunch does not hold your keys, connect to your wallet, sign, broadcast or transfer assets. A policy comparison is not runtime enforcement. Your trusted application must validate the intended asset, chain, route, amount, permissions and wallet policy before any signing step.

Handle review, block, missing evidence, rate limits and service errors explicitly. Never treat a failed or absent check as approval. The current decision-context response returns review or block, and its unsigned request fingerprint is not an attestation or proof of transaction intent.

Published client examples demonstrate the API; they do not establish a verified integration with a named exchange, wallet, launchpad or lending protocol. Any production use requires validation against the actual workflow and its requirements.

Permitted and responsible use

You may browse the site, link to public pages, use the documented API within published limits and use or adapt the downloadable client code and examples for your integrations. You are responsible for the rights and authority needed to submit information and test transactions.

Do not use Hunch for unlawful activity, submit stolen credentials or signing secrets, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access or rate controls, disrupt the service, or misrepresent a Hunch result as an endorsement or guarantee. Security research should follow the published reporting guidance and remain within systems you are authorized to test.

The current public API is rate-limited. A separate capacity or service agreement is needed before assuming support for high-volume or availability-critical use. Contact info@hunchagents.xyz about an integration.

Content, sources and branding

You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You authorize the processing needed to perform your requested check, as described in the Privacy notice. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

Third-party data and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable source terms. API access is not a blanket redistribution license for third-party data. Preserve report sources, timestamps and limitations when presenting Hunch evidence to other people or agents.

Using an API or linking a page does not grant permission to imply a partnership or use Hunch branding as an endorsement. Hunch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, Hookr, Pons or other referenced ecosystem projects.

Fees, token status and proposed economics

The current public console and API are free to access. Paid billing is not enabled, and using the public service does not authorize a charge. Any future paid plan must disclose its pricing and commercial terms separately.

No official HUNCH contract address has been published. A name, ticker, social post or similarly branded token is not proof of authenticity. The economics page describes a proposal, not active buybacks, burns, revenue distribution or a commitment to launch.

No current token grants equity, revenue share, guaranteed product access, staking yield, governance rights or a promised financial return. A future token launch, if undertaken, requires final terms and an exact, independently verifiable contract address. Roadmap items and target integrations may change.

Availability and limitations of responsibility

The public service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a paid service-level commitment. Sources or features can fail, be delayed, be changed or become unavailable. Hunch may limit access to address misuse, capacity or security issues. Keep your own copies of exported evidence when needed; browser storage can be cleared or lost.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hunch does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable as the sole basis for a financial or security decision. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Updates and contact

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes to paid products or token-related arrangements require their own published details; the current proposal does not substitute for those terms. Review relevant changes before continuing to use an affected feature.

For questions, corrections or a concern about these terms, contact info@hunchagents.xyz. For privacy requests or security reports, use the guidance on the Privacy notice and Trust page.
