What a check
shares.
Submitted text
Entered text is transmitted to this server for deterministic checks. The application does not persist it or send it to an LLM. Do not include private keys, recovery phrases, credentials, or personal information. Downloaded reports and reports you choose to save in your browser include matched excerpts.
Public mint addresses
Token checks transmit the mint address to a Solana RPC provider and, for intelligence reports, to DexScreener for indexed market context. The default is solana-rpc.publicnode.com. The provider can observe the server's network address and query. Mint results are held in a bounded in-memory cache for 15 seconds; combined intelligence reports for 20 seconds. Responses identify the provider and observation time.
Simulation
Serialized transactions are transmitted to the Solana RPC provider for simulation. They are not broadcast by Hunch. Results can include public program logs. The application does not persist submitted transactions.
Local evidence and watchlists
The console uses browser local storage for a watchlist of up to 10 mints and up to 30 reports you explicitly save. Those reports can contain submitted addresses and matched text excerpts. Watchlist refreshes send the listed mints to Hunch. Polling is optional and stops when the page is closed. Clear saved evidence from the console, remove watchlist entries, or clear site data in your browser to delete this local information.
Browser and infrastructure
Hunch does not set analytics cookies, collect email addresses, connect wallets, or run advertising trackers. Temporary in-memory request counters support rate limiting. The service is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which may process technical access and diagnostic metadata under its own policies. Request bodies are not written to application logs. Hunch is an independent project.
